When You Can't Find God

We all face times in our lives when we look for God and He seems to have pulled a disappearing act. We cry out to the heavens as we face the unthinkable in our lives and cries for help seem to bounce off of heaven's floor. Linda Evans Shepherd has written "When You Can't Find God" for moments such as those. When you don't know what to do and you can't seem to find God, this book will draw you nearer to Him and teach you what it means to seek after God when all hope seems gone.

I have never heard of or read any of Linda Evans Shepherd's books, but after reading "When You Can't Find God," I immediately ordered her book, "When You Don't Know What to Pray." My faith was strengthened and increased by both. The critical factor in Linda's ability to speak hope into your life is that she's been there . . . she's faced pain, loss of hope, and lack of healing through her daughter who was in a car accident as a toddler. Her story is gripping and heart piercing. Linda has found God in places of darkness that most of us will never experience. She knows how to find God and she wants to help you do the same. "When You Can't Find God" will give you five keys for surviving difficult times. The book will help you to "let go and let God," stand against the darkness, and teach you to pray for greater strength to trust in God while embracing His grace. You'll find hope and healing that brings about the peace your soul is thirsty for. You'll find joy in the pain when you learn how to draw near to God.
