"Plan B" offers TRUE Hope!

Very rarely, if ever...okay, NEVER before have I finished reading a book, only to immediately turn to the first page and begin reading it all over again-only this time, I'm not just reading it...I'm STUDYING it!

If your life is perfect...you don't need this book. If you're like the rest of us, I would suggest you re-prioritze your time, buy this book, and sit back and experience what it's like for God to go to work in your heart and soul. "Plan B" by Pete Wilson is not about making promises through the Christian faith that will never come to fruition. (He doesn't teach an "optimistic" prosperity gospel-that's not the gospel.) Pete Wilson is about teaching the one and only gospel there is: the gospel of a Christ who suffered, was crucified, and has been resurrected. Through Biblical examples, with words so wisely and beautiful chosen and with powerful empathetic tone, the author expresses the heart of God in ways that very few teachers of the Bible can. Pete Wilson doesn't want to "fix" your problems, but He does want to bring you face to face with the One (God) who can.

I would choose some of my favorite passages from this book, but there are simply too many. When I reached the final chapters, I realized that I should have been taking notes...I should have been underlining the passages of hope and encouragement that had been written...which is why I'm reading the book all over again. The "real-life" stories that Pete uses throughout the book will make you laugh, cry, and go deeper in your faith. It's all about trusting God and LIVING like you do!

Here's my final comment on why you should buy this book: If Jesus could sit beside you in the flesh and talk with you about your life, where it is and where it's going, you'd find His words documented within "Plan B" by Pete Wilson. Quite frankly, that's exactly what this book is...a book written by Pete Wilson, as a gift to you, after many hours spent with Jesus.

Oh, and by the way Pete, you didn't need to put a "Bow" on it...God did it for you!

And just in case this book doesn't make it to the New York Times Best Seller list (because that's where it belongs!), don't worry, there's always "Plan B"...and well, maybe that will be God's way of getting you to sit down with Him again and write another book-THAT "Plan B" would be a GREAT blessing to all of us!

Wow, what a glowing review! This sounds like a must have. I tend to read this kind of genre more than anything else as my heavy laden bookshelf can attest! Thanks for the tip, Cherie.
Blessings,
Jan

I've been reading a few of your reviews tonight, and this one has impacted me the most. Gave me shivers up the spine to read the part where you talk about if Jesus could sit with me in the flesh and talk about my life.... think I am going to have to order this book! Thank you!
