"Let's Do Lunch"

I don't know if there is anything more critical in this world than your health. That includes physical, as well as spiritual. Author Roger Troy Wilson has "been there, done that," when it comes to his health. He's a person that can relate to your struggles when it comes to weight loss and He is considered a true success story after dropping hundreds of pounds within a very short amount of time. His story can be your story . . . if you are struggling to lose the pounds in order to live a healthy and productive life.

The book is not about quick fixes. It offers the very basics of learning how to eat right and the right times. I loved the fact that the author did not spend too much time focusing on himself, but rather how his plan can help YOU. I, personally, do not need to lose weight, but found that MUCH of the advice that the author gives is very similar to my own habits. Many of his tactics are what have kept me from gaining unwanted weight over the years. So, I guess I could say that I already know his plan works. I loved how the book was organized, how the author jumped right into his helpful hints and strategies and didn't beat around the bush. I found the recipes in the back of the book, the "shopping list" dos and don'ts to be very helpful. The author has made it EXTREMELY easy for ANY person to drop all the weight loss programs and drugs and just start "right" habits. Although I, personally, did not learn alot of "new" things from this book, I can see that it would be VERY helpful for those who have neglected their health OR who feel "stalled" with their current weight loss program. Without completely going through Mr. Wilson's plan . . . I can almost assure you it will work for you to some degree!
