Please pray for our family's newly sponsored child, Siephane Sawadogo. He is 5. I pray that you will also pray about sponsoring a child through Compassion International who reaches children in poverty in the name of Jesus. For so VERY little, we can do SO much!
About Siephane and where he lives:
In his home, Siephane helps by running errands and cleaning. He lives with his father and his mother. His father is sometimes employed as a seller in the market and his mother is sometimes employed. There are 2 children in the family.
Siephane is presently not attending school. Soccer and hide-and-and seek are his favorite activities. He aslo attends church activities and Bible class regularly.
Bukina Faso, West
Africa, is home to approximately 5,000 residents. Typical houses are
constructed of dirt floors, brick walls and tin roofs.
The
regional diet consists of maize, beans, bread, rice and millet. A common health
problem in this area is malaria. Most adults are unemployed but some work as
subsistence farmers and earn the equivalent of $40.
